The Old Vicarage has two meeting rooms that are available for hire. Our meeting rooms are fully furnished and can be configured to any layout you need. We have two rates for our rooms, the discounted rate is available to voluntary or charitable groups and organisations. Community rates can be negotiated. All rates include the use of kitchen and teas / coffees.

Equipment will be charged at £5 per item, per session. Available equipment includes flip chart, OHP, Projector, Interactive Whiteboard, and stereo

Hires for over 5 hours will be charged the hourly rate with a 10% discount, in addition to the full day rate
