This report presents the results of an impact evaluation requested by LCDP of its community development activities between 2002-2006, undertaken in the Park and Abbey Wards in Lincoln by way of a series of projects, and of the Community Grants Scheme, a system to distribute small grants city-wide paid for from various sources, for example the Community Development Fund. The evaluation was done by CORU.

This case study describes the achievement of LCDP, a community development organisation to acquire their own premises as one of the first examples of community asset transfer in Lincoln. The study forms part of the requirement for the funding for the acquisition and refurbishment of the premises through ERDF and the Single Programme totalling £405,598 which took place from November 2006 - July 2007.
