Adult Services
At Llanharan Community Development Project (LCDP), we believe that strong communities are built through connection, opportunity and support. Our adult services provide welcoming spaces where people can make friends, learn new skills, improve their wellbeing and become more involved in community life.
From wellbeing groups such as Happy Dayz and gentle activities like Seated Yoga, to creative sessions including Craft & Cuppa, Knit & Stitch and Memory Makers, our programmes help reduce social isolation and promote positive mental health. We also work in partnership with organisations such as Citizens Advice, Interlink Wellbeing Coordinators and RCT Adult Community Learning to ensure people can access practical support, guidance and learning opportunities close to home.
For those who enjoy spending time outdoors, our award-winning Community Allotment and Eco-Hub provide opportunities to connect with nature, take part in environmental projects, learn new skills and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of being outside.
Whether you're looking to meet new people, gain confidence, access support or simply enjoy a cuppa and conversation, you'll find a warm welcome at LCDP. Together, we are creating a healthier, more connected and more resilient community for everyone.
